House Rules
Break any rules in red and the license will be terminated immediately.
Break any other rules three times and the license will be terminated immediately.
All residents review and sign the House Rules as part of their admission to Honeycomb Manor.
No loitering or hanging out in the front yard for any reason; the back patio is the designated outdoor area.
Entry and exit doors must remain closed and locked at all times.
No weapons, alcohol, drugs, or drug paraphernalia of any kind are permitted on the property.
Do not leave items on the floor that could create a slip or trip hazard.
If you spill anything, wipe it up immediately and place a wet‑floor sign.
No tampering with smoke detectors, cameras, alarms, or any safety equipment.
*Do not take or use another resident’s belongings without permission.
*Do not open or enter any locked cabinets or closets.
*Residents who are diabetic or who use syringes for medical injections must use a medical‑grade sharps container for proper needle disposal.
Turn off lights when they are not in use.
Residents may not plug in or charge electric scooters, bicycles, or vehicles anywhere on the property.
Residents may only park in the driveway when given permission to do so by Honeycomb Manor personnel.
Keep your bedroom door closed at all times.
Clothing must be worn when outside your bedroom.
Do not leave personal items unattended in common areas.
No pets of any kind, including emotional support or service animals, are permitted on the property at any time.
The kitchen closes at 8:00 pm unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Residents may enter the home only during the following hours:
Sunday–Thursday: 6:00 am–11:00 pm
Friday–Saturday: 6:00 am–12:00 am
A 24‑hour prior written notice is required for any exceptions.
*No smoking, vaping, hookah, or any smoking device is permitted anywhere on the property at any time.
*No alcohol may be consumed, stored, or brought onto the premises.
*Medications must not be shared under any circumstances.
*The possession or use of illegal drugs or any unprescribed medication is strictly prohibited.
*All residents are subject to random urinalysis (UA) testing.
Place all trash in the trash can.
Wash dirty dishes by hand or place them in the dishwasher.
Clean up after using the bathroom.
Your room must be kept in an orderly and sanitary condition at all times.
Food may only be consumed in the kitchen.
Food is not allowed in bedrooms at any time.
If you spill anything or create a mess anywhere in the house, including your bedroom, you are responsible for cleaning it up.
Residents may not use the home’s address for personal, legal, or business mail under any circumstances.
A P.O. Box, family address, or other approved mailing location must be used for all mail and deliveries.
No mail or packages may be left unattended on the property.
No resident may receive medication deliveries at the home unless approved by staff and stored according to medication policy.
No legal documents may be served at the property.
No viewing or playing content that is violent, explicit, or disruptive to the recovery environment in common areas.
Headphones must be used when listening to music, watching videos, or playing games in shared spaces.
Maximum common area computer use is 2 hours per day per resident.
No downloading software, altering settings, or installing programs on the common area computer without staff approval.
The television must be turned off at 11:00 pm.
Do not change the thermostat.
*You may not enter another resident’s room at any time.
Mattress covers must never be removed.
Keep your bedroom door closed at all times.
Keep all personal items inside your room; valuable items should be secured.
Residents are not permitted to open or tamper with any windows in the home. Windows must remain closed at all times to maintain safety, security, and proper climate control.
Diapers, bed pads, and all personal hygiene items must be disposed of properly.
You are expected to maintain good personal hygiene, including regular bathing and brushing your teeth.
You must ensure that neither you nor your personal space has offensive odors.
*No aggressive or violent behavior is permitted at any time.
*No profanity or offensive language may be directed at residents, neighbors, or Honeycomb Manor staff or helpers.
*Lending or borrowing money, vehicles, or personal property from other residents or neighbors is not allowed.
*All residents are required to attend outpatient treatment.
Laundry may be used only on your scheduled day and time.
The laundry area must be kept clean.
You may not wash another person’s clothing.
*Feces‑soiled items may not be placed in any washer or dryer in the home.
